How many extra things can my car battery power?

I was wondering how much power my car battery can it produce at a time because i am going to put in Underglow Neon Lights, LED Wheel fender, Daytime running lights, interior neon lights,…etc and i wana know if my power and ground wires can support all of these things, or is it dangerous? or do i need to upgrade my car battery? I have a stock 2004 Dodge Neon Sxt Battery

Small accent lights like LEDs and similar stuff does not pull enough power to make a difference. Just worry that you’re doing the wiring right, the battery will be OK.
